Institutional Editing

Institutional Editing is our service for research institutes and departments. We take on an institute’s editorial work as a whole and manage each publication from the submitted draft to the finished report, so that the institute’s researchers deal with one editorial team throughout.

What the Service Covers

• Proofreading and copy-editing of research reports, briefs, and papers to the institute’s house style.
• Peer review of manuscripts, and management of the review process on the institute’s behalf.
• Typesetting and layout to the institute’s design, with figures, tables, and references set to its specifications.
• Production of finished reports, ready for publication.
• Scheduling of each publication with authors, reviewers, and institute staff.

For nearly a decade, we have managed editorial and report production processes for major research institutes across Canada, the EU, and the US. Our agreements with institutional clients are confidential, and we do not name them on this site.

Institutional work is quoted for each client according to the number and type of publications.
